WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PURCHASE. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right!
Returns or exchanges must be received no later than 21 days from the date your order was received. Returns will be issued store credit. Sale items or items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
All returned merchandise must be received by The Flaunt in its original condition, not having been worn, with all tags still attached, all original packaging and/or dust bag and any additional attachments. Returns that are damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and returns are shipped at the buyers expense, unless the merchandise is damaged, defective or was processed incorrectly. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered defective.
In the event that we have processed your order incorrectly, please e-mail email@example.com with your order number and claim.
To request an exchange, please complete the return/exchange form and include it in the shipment. If you request an exchange for an item(s) with a greater value than your original purchase, our customer service team will contact you to collect any additional payment.

We will send you an e-mail notification when your return is received and approved by The Flaunt. If you are approved for a store credit, an e gift card will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 3 business days.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
• Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days
• Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days
• Overnight: Will arrive the following business day
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
