Not quite the one? Head to our Returns Center to start your exchange or return. It's quick, easy, and we'll take it from there.

Just be sure to submit your request within 30 days of delivery, and check the details below to make sure your item qualifies.

Exchanges Are Always Free

Free exchanges · 30 days from delivery

Need a different size or a new color? We'll swap it for free, subject to availability. We'll send you a prepaid return label, and your new item ships to you at no cost.

If your new pick is priced differently, we'll take care of the difference as part of the exchange.

Returns

30 days from delivery · Store credit · $12 return shipping

Changed your mind? You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit, so you can find something you love even more.

We'll email you as soon as your return is received and approved. Your store credit will be added to your account, and you can check your balance anytime in My Account.

A flat $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Before You Send It Back

To qualify for an exchange or return, items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached. We're unable to accept items with signs of wear, damage, missing tags, makeup, fragrance, or other use.

Final Sale

Items purchased from our Sale section and custom orders are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Shopping full-price pieces with a promo code? You're covered. Those items are still eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping

Processing Time
Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and expedited orders ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.

Standard Shipping · FREE on orders $150+ · $13 on orders under $150
Arrives within 3–7 business days to the U.S. mainland after your order ships. Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take a little longer.

Expedited Shipping · $35 · U.S. mainland only
Ships the next business day and arrives within 2 business days after it ships. Need it for something special? Expedited is the way to go.

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Good to know: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our hands, and occasional delays can happen. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, but if you spot a mistake, reach out right away and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping charges, including expedited shipping, are non-refundable.
